If you as a tenant have any repairs that are required while you are in one of Stoke Property Shop properties then please do let us know and we will be able to get one of our maintenance team out to look at the issue for you once we have the authorisation from the landlord.
We must remind all tenants that they are responsible for the following, but not limited too:
- Keeping the property clean and tidy at all times
- Maintaining general property issues such as replacing light bulbs
- Maintain & Look after the yard/garden at the front and rear of the property
- Replace any smoke alarm/carbon alarm batteries within the property
