Before The Tenancy Starts

Holding Deposit: £200 (Students) or £50.00 (Family & Professionals) for application process which is then deducted from total deposit due upon successful referencing completion.
Full Deposit: 1 Months rent (unless otherwise stated)
Tenants will be liable for contractor’s fees of any repairs not authorised by either the Landlord or Agent. For properties in England, during the tenancy (payable to the Agent):

Stoke Property Shop is a member of DPS (Deposit Protection Service) which is a client money protection scheme, where the deposit will be lodged while the tenancy is in place.
